Amit Bansal is Director – STPINEXT, Director – STPI HQ. He has around 20 years of experience in the Information Technology sector. He has been administering the STP/EHTP scheme and working for promotion of software exports from the country. He has been also working for establishment of new STPI centres for dispersal of IT/ITES industry to Tier-11/111 cities for balanced regional growth. He has been instrumental in providing platforms & forums to IT companies to showcase their achievements, services & products among concerned stakeholders, for ensuring the overall growth of IT sector and to attract foreign investments. Mr. Bansal has earned Master’s Degree in Computer Applications.

Ganesh Nayak K is the Director – STPINEXT, Director – STPI Thiruvananthapuram Directorate which is spread across the State of Kerala and Lakshadweep.
He has an experience of over 25 years in various fields including regulatory function, policy implementation, industry promotion, e-governance, project management and consultancy.

Joined STPI in the year 2001 and held various Scientific & Technological positions in STPI. During tenure in STPI, he was posted in various STPI centres and sub-centres including in Tier II cities. Along with STPI leadership, had contributed immensely for setting up of new centres, creation of entrepreneurship ecosystem, employment generation, etc for IT/ITeS and ESDM sector. He was also a part of a consultation group during formulation of policies and guidelines by Central and State Governments.

Prior to joining STPI, he had worked in private organizations and also has expertise in design & deployment of turnkey projects in the field of Electrical, instrumentation and Telecommunication.
He graduated in Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from the University of Mangalore in the year 1995.

Amit Kureel is the Chief Operating Officer with STPI MOTION Centre of Entrepreneurship at Pune. A seasoned professional with 20+ years of experience in IT services. He has worked in premier global organizations like Infosys, Capgemini, L&T Infotech as a technology leader. A Technology Speaker with long experience in developing Policies and Operations Framework for large organizations. He has executed large global technology projects for Customers in India, US, EU and Australia. He has worked in diverse roles in Architecture, Development, Operations and recently as an Entrepreneur. He has earned his B.E. in Computer Science from Devi Ahilya University, Indore.

Ashish Sankrityayan is Deputy Director at STPI-HQ. He is working in Start-up initiatives of Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) including Pan Indian activities of domain specific Centers of Entrepreneurship (CoEs). He holds B.Tech degree in Information Technology and has obtained MBA degree with specialization in Information Technology and Marketing. He has 12+ years of experience in fields related to Project & Operations management, Government policies, supporting IT Industry and Start-ups.

Lopa Mishra Jana is currently working as the COO/HoC of Electropreneur Park, Bhubaneswar, STPINEXT. She has over 14 years of experience in diverse spectrum of areas as well as organisations in the national and international realm. She has Graduate & Post graduate degrees in Engineering and Business Management. Her experience profile proves herself as a successful beginner, sustainer of entrepreneurial initiative as well as skills in operational and stakeholder management. She is an experienced Entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Strong business development professional focused in Global Business Management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. She is skilled in Operations & Management, currently working for developing and executing inbound strategies. She is an effective leader who can optimize and streamline operation, making most out of the available resources.

Shri Subodh Sachan, Chief Innovation Officer – STPINEXT, Director – STPI HQ is heading pan-India startup initiatives of Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) including establishment of domain specific Centres of Excellence in emerging technologies like IoT, AI, BlockChain, AR/VR etc. An IIT Roorkee and IIM Bangalore alumnus, is a senior professional from the Industry who has joined STPI as Director after working in the Industry at Global level in various capacities. He has worked in diversified areas of the technology industry, a major portion of which is into telecom & related fields. In particular, he has been part of start-ups in leadership role, right from inception to successful listing of the company (IPO). On the other side of the industry spectrum, he has also been part of senior management in MNCs and global telecom behemoths like Motorola and Nokia. He has successfully headed the Bangalore chapter of IIM Ahmedabad’s Centre for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE).

Mr. Gopu Natarajan, is currently posted as Chief Operating Officer – FinBlue, STPI- FinTech Center of Entrepreneurship under the aegis of STPINEXT initiatives for Fintech Startup Ecosystem based in Chennai.He is an Accomplished Professional from Telecom Technology Services Industry with 25 plus years of diverse global experience with Fortune 100 companies in Technical & Business Strategy Consulting, Entrepreneur, Venture Capital/Private Equity/Startup Investments, Research Studies as well as Academics. During his stints across the globe (North America, South America, Europe, Middle-East, Asia Pacific and Australia), he has managed P/L of 500-600 Million+ Euros Annually in different roles – Operations Delivery Solutions Strategy Management, Cost baseline/Business Performance Management, Service Product Management, Sales & Solutions Management & Transition/Transformation Management for Large Outsourcing Contracts.He is well versed with Venture Capital / Private Equity setups -being an entrepreneur and investor himself from the Wireless technology- mobility & content delivery ecosystem, Education sector, Food and Beverages Industry.He is fluent in multiple languages (English, Tamil, Marathi, Hindi & Conversant in French, Spanish) His research interests are in the field of Telco Data Analytics, Financial Modeling, Computational Models for 5G Networks Performance Management using AI/ML, Text Prediction/Speech Recognition using NLP.

Deepak Raj is Assistant Manager – Strategy & Operations at AIC STPINEXT INITIATIVES-HQ. He has more than 12 years of experience in Business Research and Strategy Development. Prior to this he was working in the area of Business Strategy Consulting. He has experience of multiple sectors across the value chain.

He has earned B.Sc. (H) Biotechnology, PGDCS (Marketing) and M.A. (Economics).

Niket Nikhare is Chief Operating Officer of “Centre of Excellence – MOTION”. He has more than 13 years of experience in Technical domain. Before STPI (Center of Excellence), he has served Indian Navy (Ministry of Defense) for 10 years as Lieutenant Commander, followed with various assignments in emerging technologies like IoT, AI and AR/VR.

He has earned B.E (Electronics & Communication) and M.B.A (HR) from Mumbai University.

Shri Paritosh Dandriyal, Director STPI Gurugram jurisdiction joined STPI as Director at STPI HQ in May 2016. As Director at STPI HQ he has looked after various technical services provided by STPI to IT industry like planning, setting up and functioning of STPI Data centres at various locations, provisioning of Datacom services and functioning of STPI as Class A ISP, creation of IT grade infrastructure for STPI and Incubation services for entrepreneurs as well as CISO of STPI.

Prior to joining STPI, he was CEO of a Defence Avionics company and before that he had served in the Indian Army for around 25 years in planning and providing engineering support to various Army units. He has also been instrumental in design and development of training simulators for Indian Army.

An alumnus of National Defence Academy, Pune, he is a B Tech (Electronics) from JNU, M Tech (Modelling and Simulation) from Pune University, Specialization in Radar and Control Systems, PG Certificate in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and PMP from PMI USA. He has vast experience in Project management and Operations management, managing human resources and finance at various levels.
