Shri Paritosh Dandriyal, Director STPI Gurugram jurisdiction joined STPI as Director at STPI HQ in May 2016. As Director at STPI HQ he has looked after various technical services provided by STPI to IT industry like planning, setting up and functioning of STPI Data centres at various locations, provisioning of Datacom services and functioning of STPI as Class A ISP, creation of IT grade infrastructure for STPI and Incubation services for entrepreneurs as well as CISO of STPI.

Prior to joining STPI, he was CEO of a Defence Avionics company and before that he had served in the Indian Army for around 25 years in planning and providing engineering support to various Army units. He has also been instrumental in design and development of training simulators for Indian Army.

An alumnus of National Defence Academy, Pune, he is a B Tech (Electronics) from JNU, M Tech (Modelling and Simulation) from Pune University, Specialization in Radar and Control Systems, PG Certificate in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and PMP from PMI USA. He has vast experience in Project management and Operations management, managing human resources and finance at various levels.

Shri Sanjay Kumar Gupta is Director – STPINEXT, Jurisdictional Director – STPI Pune. He is responsible for promotion of Software Exports from these States along with implementation of various policies in IT/ITeS and ESDM sector.

He brings over 25 years of experience in IT sector having unique distinction of working very closely with Government and IT Industry. He earned wide experience in formulation and implementation of various important ICT applications across various domains. Prior to joining of STPI, he served National Informatics Centre (NIC) in various capacities. Mr. Gupta has earned Master’s Degree in Electronics and M.Tech in Computer Science.

He is member of various Committees constituted by Govt. of Maharashtra and Goa and has contributed significantly in drafting and implementing state IT policies.

Amit Kumar Verma, Joint Director, STPI – HQ is working on Start-up initiatives and Centers of Excellence (CoEs). He has 11+ years of rich experience in supporting IT industry, Government and Start-ups. He has managed to implement more than 10 e-Governance projects in different domains.

He holds B. Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering.
