Nature of Appointment: The post is proposed to be filled up purely on contract basis for a period of three years which will be renewed on performance basis every year. The appointment shall come to end on the expiry of the contract period.

Incubation Intern Responsibilities:

1. Develop attractive communication to drive Brand Engagement.
2. Develop new marketing strategies (digital and physical).
3. Devising a Plan for Promoting the brand’s presence over the internet and offline activities.
4. Craft communication for various branding and marketing initiatives.
5. Brainstorm & Execute campaign ideas.
6. Regularly monitor & analyze campaigns effectively, as per the defined Metrics.
7. Contribute to communication strategy to enhance the consumer experience.

Incubation Intern Requirements:

1. Educational Qualification of the desired candidate: Bachelor Degree in IT/Computer Science/ Finance/ Commerce is preferred.
2. Good command over English.
3. Cross-functional collaborations.
4. An observer of human behavior & fascination for insights.
5. Passion for writing.
6. Discipline to execute various campaigns effectively.
7. Eager to learn and grow within the organization.
8. Prior training/internship in online marketing/branding / social media marketing / copywriting is desirable .

Compensation: Up to Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand Only) based on the Experience and Expertise.

Selection process:

1. Applications received by the last date shall be screened by a duly constituted Committee. Therefore, applicants are required to go through the eligibility criteria carefully and ascertain themselves regarding their eligibility before applying.
2. The ‘screened-in’ candidates shall be called for Personal Interview and appear before the Selection Committee at their own cost.
3. The Candidates, at the time of Personal Interview, must bring their original documents for verification and one set of duly self-attested photocopies of those documents.
4. The Name of the Applicant in application form must be same as mentioned in the certificate of matriculation. In case the candidate has changed his name subsequent to matriculation, the evidence to that effect should be furnished at the time of interview.

Other general terms & conditions:

1. Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification. Any candidate found canvassing for his candidature will be summarily disqualified.
2. Experience in the relevant field shall be calculated after attaining the minimum essential qualification(s).
3. Mere fulfilment of qualifications and experience requirements does not entitle candidates to be called for test and/or interview.

5. In case any candidate found ineligible on any ground after his appointment, his service will be terminated immediately without assigning any reason thereof.
